indiana | I have a terrible memory, but I don’t ever remember a time when corn rallied significantly when everyone was looking for a reason for it to go up. Can’t talk the market higher. Evidently many of us might be undersold on old and new crop. We cleaned out old crop on recent strength. Sure didn’t sell enough of 5.00 and 12.00 new crop. We had our chances.
We raised our best corn crop ever last year. We are on track to do it again. But, we still have 2 more months of important growing weather to complete. I’m in a good area, I realize some areas have had a tough time of it. If we have a favorable August weather pattern over the Midwest I’d expect lower prices. There is my one if. | |
