We are needing a new TV.
Currently have 48 inch screen Samsung.
Would appreciate comment and opinions on brands and options.
It has been at least 10 years since our last purchase so don’t know anything about current TV offerings.
Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

Current tv selection is so much better and cheaper than 10 years ago that I don’t know if you can go wrong. A few hundred bucks for a generic Walmart special will be as good or better viewing than a $2,000 new name brand model in 2016.
