Not true.

If it was, I could easily get containers of seed and chemicals from South America at a steep discount. Container shipping is cheap, and I can get to the port and back home with a truck in one day. That’s not legal for various reasons, and the corps and unions have well paid lobbyists that are sure to keep it that way, so you are wrong.






Heck, even buying stuff in South Dakota would be cheaper than buying it in Iowa.

There’s even seed that I can’t buy at all because I’m in Iowa that South Dakotans can buy.
