East Central Arkansas | I would say yes. When you say fresh peas around here this time of year you are more than likely talking about Souther peas and a good chance its a purplehull peas. One thing about purplehull peas is its easier to pick those at the right time because when the hull turns purple they ste ready. They shell much better when the hull turns purple. | |
