It uses furnace filters 10x20 and a variable speed furnace fan purchased on Market Place for $15. If it's a really dust job the fan can be turned to a higher speed. Cleaning the shop with a leaf blower stirs up a lot of dust which it will clear up in just a couple of minutes. There are 4 of these filters on it. The out put was checked with an anemometer to determine flow.
A little noisy but there's other tools that make a lot more noise and the radio can be heard adequately.
