Looks like the other side of the state didn't get the running out memo. And I will be the first to admit we are spoiled along the mid-Mississippi with regard to basis. +40 would be considered as the upper half of average especially with the short crop S IL experienced last year.

East St. Louis grain bids. These would be exporters so demand down the line determines value. Crushers on the other hand have one hard rule that can never be forgotten: Don't ever run out of beans. So logistics can play a large role in bid.
