| I’ve tried to skin that cat and just can’t make it make sense.
Best thing I’ve found would be spend 4k on an old 4x4 4 door small SUV, put some UTV tires on it, remove doors. But then it gets tough. Either hack it up and don’t worry how it looks, jerk the carpet, make bumpers, or spend lots of time and money to do it right and convert it. I’m concerned it will be hot inside with poor air flow if it doesn’t have AC. It’s still probably too heavy to feel good about driving in the field and stuff.
Ford ranger doesn’t have a back seat big enough. Jeep is too hard to get in and out of.
The only good solution would be to custom build something. I could take an old vw bug and make a dune buggy utv, but lots of time and it’s manual. | |
