| Don't know if you will ever get any help from the manufacturer or installer but I used products from this company https://www.nationwidecoatings.com/p/roof-coatings-and-clear-sealers for a prematurely failing asphalt shingle roof 20 years ago. I replaced the broken shingles, then washed the roof down with concentrated bleach bought from a pool supply company, then rolled a single coat of PermaBond, and then rolled 2 coats of PermaKote. | |
