North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast		Put a metal roof on and mark it up as a lesson learned from the modular home industry.

Also, after everything gets done and documented, start with a review on the mfg website.
It may get some financial help to repair their poor craftsmanship.

Least that will happen is the roof stops leaking.
