South Central North Dakota | I would verify that the augers are properly timed not just take their word for it and each section out to the end ,you have an obstruction some where in the vertical or horizontal backing up grain flow, may even have a section of fligting folded back some where, if out of time.
Edit there is a calibration proceedure for the unloader clutch that modulates engagement torque.

AF9 unload issue
