Only problem with the 8RT and 900 MT's is I wouldn't be able to hook up to my chisel plow or ripper in the fall. I kind of like the idea of a 500+ horsepower tractor that can plant, grain cart, and match up with the fall tillage I have on the 9570RT. It's nice to have one hooked up to a ripper or chisel and the other hooked up to a disk or whatever in the fall when not on the grain cart. Otherwise, yes I agree an 8RT or 900MT are slick from what I hear on planters and carts. I look at it from an dollars invested perspective. When you're shelling out that kind of money on a tractor, it better be able to do as many tasks as possible to earn it's keep. That being said, it's always the question of whether you buy one newer late model used, or multiple 10+ year old machines for the same dollars invested. That's always a decision I go back and forth on.
