There is a valve under the right side that supost to trip and let the left side fold common problem.
Raise the right side a little after it folds and slip a thick washer on top of the spring valve to push it down more and left Side will fold.
Mine also acts up the first few times I use it after setting off season. I found that a couple gentle taps with a hammer will free it up and usually is good for the rest of the spring. |
