Michigan | We got hit pretty hard last night with a hail storm. I had just finished sidedressing my corn and it was probably the best looking crop I've ever had--not anymore. It really got shredded up. It was planted the first week in May and was mostly v-4, maybe some v-5.
I've got no experience with hail damage this early in the season. I fed these pictures into AI and it told me to expect a yield loss of 18%. What does the real world say?
