I wear one, with a metal wristband. Mine has tritium hands, including the sweep second hand, so when I need to take a patient's pulse in a dim/dark area (or the back of an ambulance), I can see the sweep second hand. Watches with tritium hands and stainless steel bands cost money, $300 to $1K is typical. If I didn't have to worry about medical assessment issues, I'd be back to carrying a pocket watch. |
