West Central Illinois | Mini splits can be easily installed yourself. Only thing you have to do is vac or flush out the line set. A $15 Harbor Freight air powered vacuum will do it or you can buy a nitrogen can to do it.
The smallest mini split of 7000 to 9000 btu can be bought for well under $1000 dollars. They are very efficient - i run one off of solar and battery power on my camper. It’s a Pioneer - available online or from Home Depot. Oh and it is whisper quiet. | |
