
| If the story presented is factual, its not the churches problem to deal with. The law is currently on their side.
Its the owner of the pizza joint that has a problem. He bought a business without doing due diligence.
If he wants the zoning ordinance changed he needs to go about trying to do so in the proper manner which does NOT mean that he is in any way entitled to get it changed or that it has to be changed for his benefit.
As for needing beer with pizza, I'd say about 50% of the places around here that serve pizza serve beer. I've never noticed any real correlation with how busy they are vs whether they do or do not serve beer.
