Very southern Mn | Reformed, is there charts somewhere to determine what avg household debt is adjusted for inflation? It sure seems that household debt is exploding but maybe I am just an old man who can’t adjust to current pricing.
I look at expenses on our farm with very little debt and am blown away. If government money completely stops, I am afraid pre season cash flows are a joke. I feel like we are just riding a big wave that hasn’t hit shore yet. New equipment insane and keeping old running prohibitive. Then add insurance, property taxes, living, medical, and all other services that we now use and now fertilizer. Stock market valuations aren’t much better. I feel for the retiree that thought they had a enough money put away and is getting screwed. | |
