So I found this interesting.

I searched churches in Hasting, FL. Then drew a 1,000 ft circle around each one on Earth. Looks like the most the town, and all of the business district, is excluded from serving beer.

I can see why the pizza joint is less than friendly, that is an onerous zoning regulation.
