Western Ohio		Not all planted, some areas are nearly or are all planted. Others probably 75-80% after the recent run during the hot spell.
Yes the tile are running, and it's turned back cool. And rain in the forecast on top of saturated soils.
Long long long way from being made. Adequate drainage once again will the key to profitability.
