southern MN | Any part of it set up for, and any demand in your area for meetings, coop meetings, showers, anniversary parties, reunions, graduations, etc.
Probably pretty small scale returns but would help with the upkeep items and sometimes better to have a little use and turnover vs just sitting vacant week after week.
