Central Missouri | President T rump is a real estate guy. In general commercial real estate is a balance sheet game. As long as cash flow needs are met and real estate goes up in value all is well cuz the balance sheet is improving. It’s why he wants to grow the economy out of this mess.
It’s not going to work and the bond market is the arbiter because of inflation due to the increase in the currency units. QE is the name of the govt cash flow game.
