West central IL | I’ve live trapped and successfully released all 3 skunks I’ve caught in my life without being sprayed. As other said, cover the trap with a blanket. Once you’ve transported away, you can have someone distract the skunk from the opposite side that you want to open the release. Gently distract, don’t agitate. | |
