I'm not complaining about land sales, or Data Centers, or any of that, but, I do have questions, but, anyway. All I'm saying is that if someone get's 5X or 10X the going value for ag land in an area for development purposes, Then maybe they should avoid capital gains on the acreage, not the total $. Exempting it on the total $ when it's for commercial use ends, just drives up cost for ag producers in other areas. 

BTW, solar farms make great neighbors. 

I don't necessarily have a problem with "data Centers". The way this is being built out, though, this isn't about holding Grandma's pictures for 1 dollar a month. This is about AI, and it's about Surveillance. We'll be less free because of this.
