Southern Missouri | Missouri dropped capital gains tax last year , wish someone would offer me a dollar a sq ft for some , we had a big Amazon warehouse go in up the road and the in out truck traffic is giant pain , but at 43560 an acre , someone can have it , every acre if they want it , so how could I blame someone else for taking it ? | |
