| He was saying that it is something new. I am stating that it has been openly going on for a long time already. That is not a deflection and I am not denying the open corruption he was talking about. There is no deflection there.
Now, are you the one trying to deflect away from what I said? Do you agree with what I said or do you disagree and are trying to deflect away from the topic of open corruption?
