That is USA side of story. This is China’s statement

China's Ministry of Commerce confirmed that a preliminary agreement was reached with the U.S. to promote two-way trade, including agricultural products, and to set up trade and investment councils.

Doesn’t give a warm fuzzy feeling that China will abide by Trumps claims
