Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | What little I know is we are exporting our fertilizer because the fertilizer companies can make more on it exporting it than keeping it here. The fertilizer companies have also figured out how to get the government to subsidize farmers so we can buy high priced fertilizer that they created.
It would not surprise me at all we see another government payment before the end of the year to cover fertilizer and fuel costs we are paying for now. |
