E.Central MN | Solar has one advantage in that it can be built to the size that fits the daytime power usage of many small towns. Ethanol plants work most efficiently at large scales. Here in Minnesota there are quite a few ethanol plants and a larger number of solar power arrays just outside many small towns. It would be nice to see the actual financial #s for ROI minus the subsidies that the big power generators were given in exchange for their investment in solar panels and wind farms. | |
