Subject: What is considered "fit" soil conditions


SW Wis.		So everyone says to wait till soil is fit. I get it, but what is the concensus on "fit"? It seems everyone has a different take on it,and some just babble randomly with no real answer. I'm new to this so just trying to get a handle on it. Thanks
