WC MN | If we are going to get a surge in grain prices it will be later 26' and 27'. Currently we have no supply issues. If production looks like it may be threatened significantly then we will have to start looking at rationing 26' crop and strongly encouraging 27' crop planting. We are not there now. Who knows if we ever get there. | |
