Kansas | Southern ks. I always thought early spring rains in Texas and Oklahoma (especially central and western) was a good sign for later in spring and summer for us. We are plenty dry now, hard to even get corn planted. But I’m cautiously optimistic about later in summer. I’m always scared of a 2011 type summer, and what’s happening south of us this year is nothing close to 2011. | |
