southern MN | Third winter now with no real big snow melt flooding the ditches and rivers. But the last 2 summers the rivers went high in mid summer.

The experts show us in a mild drought. That would be perfect for me, as it’s nearly always too wet every spring in my back yard.
Raining outside right now. Well might be snow flakes it alternates every half hour it seems.
Feel for those of you in a real drought in areas that are normally dry to start with.
