Amherst WI | That’s absolutely true but for some reason the rules don’t apply to farmland.
If a person rented an apartment the LL probably wouldn’t keep stuff in a closet yet, sleep over whenever they felt like or require the tenants to repair the damage caused by the previous party but yet with farmland some LL’s want to cash the check, cause damage to crops, make the tenant farm around their hunting schedule and then expect them to maintain it. | |
