Malta, Illinois | There are reports that Trump is considering ending the war without reopening the Strait. That doesn't make it true but it is a bit alarming. If this war is ended without confiscating Iran's uranium and reopening the Strait we will really have to ask ourselves what was the purpose? I don't want Iran to have nuclear weapons more than anyone else but we were told last year by the President that Iran's nuclear program had been obliterated by the Bunker Buster bombs we dropped. At the time there were officials within the government that indicated they did not believe the damage to be nearly as severe as was being touted by the President. A lot of those folks were fired or faced disciplinary action. Now all of a sudden in February a nuclear attack from Iran is imminent? Something doesn't smell right here. | |
