All about oil ..... Big Oil = Big Money in DC. Always has been and history  has proven when a certain party is at the helm it is more of a priority. Not being political just stating facts.  What are all these "Peace Wars" about? This POTUS is no different. Was not a big backer of ethanol first term and is not now. Talk is cheap and his wording to the farmers in his Iowa visit was nothing but a "Rah Rah"  moment. Has congress delivered yet? No. And he knows they won't. Hmmmm......He can't sign anything that they don't present him. Off the hook on that one but it sounded good. LOL!
