Is Seven many? I honestly thought it was more than that.

"Seven states—

Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington—have historically mandated that gasoline sold at retail stations contain 10% ethanol (E10)."

But, yeah, everyone else banned MTBE (for good reason) so Ethanol picked up that share. I'm still not sure higher blends of Ethanol is wise.
