Eastern NE KS | ....returned to my farm yesterday.
These are the useful carrion eaters. They are entirely benign. They swoop low over the cows hoping for an unfortunate calf or easy pickings of afterbirth.
Several years ago I noticed this happens around April Fool's day in our area. With the extra warm weather a few days early can be expected. | |
