Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Probably not, the tiller was a large machine and ground up an entire lane so it needed lots of power. It pushed a tanker semi truck/trailer ahead of it to add water to the lime that had been spread on the roadbed.

The lime came into the nearby town on rail cars. Spreader trucks drove to town and got loaded. When they got back to the site, they would back up to a ground driven spreader. The hitch reminded me of a Fast Hitch that IH used at the time. The truck then drove forward. There was a PTO powered auger in the bottom of the truck hopper that delivered the lime out the back to the ground driven spreader. My job was to help the truck driver while backing truck into the spreader. I then climbed up on the side of the truck and poked the lime down with a 2 x 2 as it bridged over quite easily.

Although a fair amount of work, it was the best paying Summer Job I ever had. Beat baling hay for a $1 an hour.
