Magnum 305. Front suspension will come up about 1-1/2 to1-5/8" between axle and rubber blocks but there is no cushion to it . Tried calibration and it fails. Always get transmission code 150 when I try which is rod side pressure sensor. I turned thumb screws down on solenoids to lower suspension and relieve all pressure. Checked pressure readings. Rod side was a bit high in the 390's kpa and piston side was 30. So I replaced pressure sensor on rod side. Both pressure readings are now 30 kpa . screwed thumb screws back up, moved tractor front axle raised , but still no cushion or movement when I hit the brakes. Tried calibration again, it lowers and then barely raises and fault sign (!) on corner post blinks and I get another count of fault code 150. When suspension is completely down, I have around 1500 mv. One time during a calibration , it did raise up to normal ride height (not fully extended) and had a reading of about 2700 mv, still got another fault code 150 again. I switched pressure sensors to see if it follow sensor, no, keep getting code 150. Service manager not sure whats going on, wiring issue? But if it was wiring , why is it reading pressures. When it is 1.5" off axle, piston pressure is 12,450 kpa and rod pressure is 11,270 kpa so it is reading. Any suggestions.
