In modern engines with chrome rings you don't actually seat the rings, you seat the cylinder sleeves because the chrome rings do not wear. Properly manufactured sleeves are perfectly round and have the correct surface finish for the rings to seal on without much if any break-in. If it has been run on a dyno it should be good to go as is.
