| Spring, then valve , then rubber plug . There is no staking . There is a plug at the bottom for a guage. It will hold itself together when you get it in. Its a pressure regulator for the primary pump . To check it you need a guage that goes in the bottom . Around 100psi at half throttle . Allen screw adjustment under brass elbow. Dont go over 120 . Could be hard on the pump head . Pressure also controls the advance. | |
