West Central Illinois		We have a local water co-op. Our average monthly rate is about $50 to $60 for three of us.
Our co-op board has put in a lot of free time to keep rates reasonable. Some might think they are too frugal - not everyone has water yet. They put in the main lines and are funding expansion with operating margin. We waited several years for our branch and I’m ok with that.
