Pittsburg, Kansas		There's an attachment that goes on a skid loader with a powered rotating drum to make a perfectly smooth surface for a lawn.

Find a contractor with one. Have dirt hauled in and dumped. Skid loader with bucket distribution of the soil. Then the power leveler/tiller attachment on the skid loader to do the finish work.
