southern MN		I have certainly noticed the difference in search engines, from back to when they returned pertinent links vs now when there are 6-12 advertising sites and 6-12 not relevant sites before seeing one or two actual sites that I was wanting to see.

I assume Ai will go down that rabbit hole much faster than search engines did.

All seems to become so pointless and something to avoid any more. And I used to be kind of a handyman tech guy.
