Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I’ve heard reports that there may have not been a lot of cattle lost but like ahay said, no grazing this year and maybe not next year.
I have had reports with an area that size 50,000-60,000 head of cattle will be displaced for a year or two.
I have had reports from people that are not far away of some areas the sand dunes are moving. Going to be real difficult to get that stabilized in dry weather.
The grass that is there won’t green up for another 6 weeks IF there is some adequate precipitation. |
