| Need to take a metal pipe slice it lengthwise to cut and fit to cover sharp edges and corners. Weld it on. Might need 4" or 6" pipe to fit. Make sure you mask up with good filter respirator when welding on guard rail. Temp fix would be using ADS pipe split to cover. Could use HDPE pipe. For cost and time down the road just bite the bullet and use steel pipe. | |
