SW OH | Around here there's only 2 options to gain more land. The first one is to go to the owner and tell lies about the current renter about how they are somehow taking advantage of the owner and finish by offering just a little more rent. The second is to buy it. Pretty hard to compete with developers who are paying $30,000+ an acre for average dirt.
