Vauxhall Alberta Canada | Thanks for the replies. I should have added that I have tried splints but because I can't get them straight enough the splints aren't working as well as I had hoped. I think I am going to bend a couple pieces of 1and a half inch by 3/16ths or so steel that is closer to the angle of his knuckles and try that. Even stretching them out I can only get them to maybe 130 ish degrees and he is definitely uncomfortable at that point. I have him in a big pen with a few other calves and he is running around and playing with them so I think we are moving in the right direction but it's just taking way longer than normal. | |
