West Central Illinois | We had a decent well too but it would still give up in real dry years. Now in rural water we have no worries. Plus it’s treated to safe standards.
One sometimes overlooked advantage is you have water even if the power goes out.
We still have a well at the farm but every time the pump or plumbing gives trouble I’m reminded how free water isn’t free. | |
