NW MN | Got a letter in the mail today about rural water service. We have a good well/water. What are the upsides? Downsides? I would think they would be digging a pipe in at least 8ft all over the countryside so it doesn’t freeze. My own lines are 10ft+ deep. Any input both for and against would be appreciated.
